The home appears to be a semi-detached on a corner lot in a standard Brampton subdivision (in this case, Lakelands Village, near Bovaird Dr. E. and Hwy. 410), so presumably its a three-to-four bedroom.
However, if potential renters were hoping to get one of those bedrooms, they are sorely mistaken.

While its not clear how many housemates there would be, the ad does note a schedule regarding the required cleaning of the main floor and kitchen every sixth week, everybody takes a turn.

The location is steps away from a lake and internet is included, according to the ad.
