The home appears to be a semi-detached on a corner lot in a standard Brampton subdivision (in this case, Lakelands Village, near Bovaird Dr. E. and Hwy. 410), so presumably its a three-to-four bedroom.
However, if potential renters were hoping to get one of those bedrooms, they are sorely mistaken.
You have to give to the potential landlords, though, because they dont sugarcoat the ad.
No privacy, it begins. Bed on living room floor.
The ad reiterates of the second-floor landing space: Sleep on queen mattress on upper living room floor with no privacy, then adds, Dont be afraid and wave to others.
The tenant would be expected to share 1.5 bathrooms with others in the house.
While its not clear how many housemates there would be, the ad does note a schedule regarding the required cleaning of the main floor and kitchen every sixth week, everybody takes a turn.
