UFC 318: Holloway vs. Poirier 3 took place on July 19 at Smoothie King Center in New Orleans. The event was headlined by a lightweight trilogy bout between former interim champion Dustin Poirier and former featherweight champion and BMF titleholder Max Holloway.
Poirier held two wins over the Hawaiian but the third time was a charm for Holloway. Holloway defeated Poirier via unanimous decision to become the first fighter to successfully defend the BMF belt. Check out the slow motion highlights from the event.
