PRETORIA - Justice delayed is justice denied.

That’s the stance of families of over 20 apartheid-era victims, who say President Cyril Ramaphosa’s bid to pause their R167-million lawsuit, is unconstitutional.

They’re seeking damages for the State’s failure to act on cases referred by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
