Before joining CSL, he was associated with Quality Data Services Inc., where he served as manager of biostatistics and programming in 2016. He also held the position of supervisor for clinical SAS programming from 2014 to 2016 and was a senior SAS programmer the preceding year. His tenure at Quality Data Services was marked by his ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality clinical and statistical programming solutions. Mr. Walawalkar's career began in academia as a research assistant at Drexel University School of Public Health from 2011 to 2013. He also worked as an intramural game staff member at Drexel University Recreation and Wellness Center in 2012. Throughout his career, his dedication to his industry has been recognized through awards, including the Outstanding Contribution award for a project at CSL in 2019 and the Dean's Scholarship Award from Drexel University in 2011. Academically, Mr. Walawalkar's background includes a Master of Public Health in epidemiology from Drexel University, completed in 2013 after immigrating to the United States from Mumbai, India. In addition to his academic achievements, he has earned certifications that have further enhanced his professional capabilities. Notably, he completed the CSL Management Essentials program through GP Strategies Corporation in 2024, which has bolstered his leadership skills. Reflecting on his career, Mr. Walawalkar attributes much of his success to the unwavering support of his family and wife, Anuja, as well as the professional backing of his team. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, spending time with his dog Zoey, visiting national parks and hiking in his free time.
